Trump loves saying everything is all about him. He defeated ISIS in Syria... yeah right, the amount of warring the US did in Syria wasn't enough to defeat them, Russia and Iran and Syria did that.

Or will Trump not say he defeated Assad because his bum buddy Putin won't like it?

Joe is destabilizing the world. And whether we like it or not, dictators keep control of populations. We are slowly getting that here.

Believing Trump is controlled by Putin is very typical of someone under state sponsored mind control. It also reflects a complete lack of knowledge and awareness.

Holy cow! What planet do you inhabit? It was under Trump that we crushed ISIS, reducing its land holding from an area the size of Indiana to small pockets here and there in Syria and Iraq. But, uh, well, then Biden took over in 2020.

As usual, Democrats support overthrowing an oppressive dictator without bothering to consider that the rebels who will replace him will be much worse.

Whilst mostly agreeing with you, there remains the possibility that the Deep State does encompass both Trumpf(95%+)and also Uncle Pooty ( 40% , say ).]
Don't forget that 20 years ago Uncle P was involved with the WEF and it is generally also known that key Jewish people hold huge power in the Federation .
If Pooty went rogue it is when he nominally left the KGB to be number two in St Peterburg where he had all of the casinos in his control and when he was also skimming all the incoming aid ships when Russia was literally pot less and without enough food-- early to mid nineties .
He plays a very deep game for such a little chap .

Not that Weirdo has a clue about that background .

Agreed. It is all a big game with the elite. I too suspect Putin is in on it. Xi might be too.

Yes, Trump was president when ISIS was basically destroyed. But it wasn't because of Trump. It's like saying that Trump made the coronavirus because he was president at the time. It's not a good argument.

Russia was 10 times more active in Syria, Syrian troops were more active too. The US had hardly any troops, a little in the way of air power, too little to dictate too much of what was happening. The US helped create a Kurdish zone in the north, more than anything else.

Democrats and Republicans like to take down dictators, Saddam was Republic, Gadaffi was Democrat, though more right wing French and British governments.

We take down dictators when they get to nasty for everything around them or promote terrorism to other parts of the planet.

I think it's far too early to "take credit" for the fall of Assad. Will this bring about another flood of Middle-Easterners to Western Europe and the America's. Is this the end of the story or the beginning of another bloody, endless war?

I'm inclined to follow Trump's hints in the early moments that we shouldn't give a shit, right now.

So I don't give a shit.

Biden has created a new Iran with Syria, only worse.

Syria has been a mess since the 1950s. They've always had sectarian strife. They also have a long standing reputation for screwing up a free lunch. Look how they sabotaged TAPLINE.

Try the entire Middle East has been a disaster.

Overthrowing Assad has been a dream of the Deep State for a long time now.

I remember when Obama drew his red lines in the sand, sounding the drums of war if Assad stepped across them, which he did.

Problem was the media could not arouse support for the war despite them all trying to support a conflict in Syria, so Obama backed down.

So invading a sovereign nation is bad when Russia does it but good when America does it. Got it.
