when the homeowners' association gets pesty

The local homeowners' association sent this homeowner a letter saying that they need to have a fence blocking their trash cans from view.

Some times you have to get a little pissy with an HOA. Just enough so they can't fine you but so they're afraid to send you a letter.

I would paint a pin-up on that fence just to piss them off.

I'd paint my house neon orange, pink, yellow, and glow in the dark purple.

You'd have to be nuts to be in an HOA.
