If they did give this medication to him and he died, they would of course be at fault for giving an unapproved medication to the child. It would be headlines, along with accusations of using children as laboratory test animals. It would, of course, be a criminal act. Not just any criminal act, but a criminal act that caused the death of a 7 year old child. That's murder.
