Mexicans do show up in contrast to African Americans, but they actually make more of a mess than if the landscaping was left alone. The pollution caused by their misuse of motorized landscaping machines probably causes more damage to air quality than most things. The will use a leaf blower and a pint of gas to move a handful of leaves instead of raking them up.
