Trump has promised many changes are going to happen during his 2nd presidency and he has been doing what he promised. That is considered a good this as that is what you expected him to do.
Now though, we all need to see if what he is doing is what you actually will get. Let's do an evaluation of this:
1) You expected him to get rid of the corruption that existed during the previous administration and he is certainly looking and supposedly finding corruption there. It is not yet proven legally that it is there but for this OP, let us say that it is there.
Him getting rid of the people that are corrupt is a good thing but he is replacing all of those people with his own people. Who is to say that he is not replacing other corrupt people that will be corrupt for him? It is certainly a viable question given that Trump has proven throughout his lifetime that he is corrupt himself. He has proven that he only helps others when it helps him (he truly does not care about others and he has proven repeatedly and without a doubt that he has no morals, ethics, principles, or humanity), meaning that the probabilities do favor him REPLACING the corruption with his own corrupters.
Fact-checking Trump and Musk’s claims that they are cutting government ‘fraud and abuse’
2) You expect him to correct the Justice system and install a new one that does not use the law for its own political benefits, and he certainly is doing that by getting rid of some judges, prosecutors, and even reversing some decisions made. Nonetheless, all decisions that have been made up to now have been based on existing laws (such as the laws he broke that were proven in a court of law by a jury of 12 peers) where he was convicted of criminal behavior on 34 counts and it was a unanimous decision with 6 of the 12 jurors picked by the defense.
He has now had one indictment (Adams in NY) taken away without any legal reason to do it. It was done as a prid pro quo event where the laws were bypassed as long as Adams does his part in helping Trump. He is doing many things that are considered illegal as over 74 lawsuits have been brought against him for overriding the existing laws. If just one of those lawsuits is correct, it means that Trump did something illegal. As such, is he actually replacing the justice system for the better for all, or just replacing it so that they cannot come after HIM?
There are other things that I could mention but the 4 things above show that Trump is taking things into his own hands (not discussing it with the people involved) and though he is trying to keep the promises made that got him elected, the end result could be worse than what it was before he started.

Project 2025's Plan for Criminal Justice Under Trump
3) He promised mass deportations of illegal aliens and he is doing that as he promised. Getting rid of criminal and people that do not offer any benefits to the country is a good thing. Nonetheless, it has been proven that some illegal aliens add to our economy in a positive way and in those cases, you have 1 negative (the person came here illegally and 1 positive (the person adds to our economy positively), as such, this is the kind of situation that should be decided in a court of law where everything is weighed and a decision on all the factors involved are taken into consideration and a decision made about each case. Trump has taken the place of the judge and is making his own decisions without taking any factors into consideration, other than he is here illegally.Trump aims to deport all immigrants in the US illegally
4) Trump has promised that he will end the war between Israel and Hamas and the war between Ukraine and Russia. That is good as wars are bad. Nonetheless, what he is suggesting and trying to get done is something that he is the only person deciding what is right and what is wrong and the people that are negatively affected without having any guilt (Palestinians and Ukrainians) do not have a vote on what happens as they are being excluded from negotiations. Is this fair to those affected by the wars? are they even going to be involved in deciding their OWN fate. There are other things that I could mention but the 4 things above show that Trump is taking things into his own hands (not discussing it with the people involved) and though he is trying to keep the promises made that got him elected, the end result could be worse than what it was before he started.
