So I think that would be Alaska, Hawaii and North Dakota....at the moment. Ones on a roadtrip, so it's kinda varies from day to day.

Safest 3 States: Idaho, Maine and New Mexico.

Most dangerous 3 States: North Carolina, New Jersey and Texas.

In terms of absolute number of murders, I'd say that Wyoming, Vermont, and North Dakota are the safest, and California, Texas, and New York are the most dangerous.

but at least they are not the mutant ninja Palmetto bugs that took a cut off shot gun to kill, that we had in Florida, before moving up here!
