So the White House started reaching out to the Republican National Committee for support for a Syrian Strategy. Anyone should have noticed the contrast with Assad in Damascus. Assad is not known to lunch in Downtown Damascus with the leaders of the various, lunatic factions. Luncheaons in the Oval Office were expected only a week ago to be observant of the similar protocols. Official Syria likely even knows that rogue commanders even exist in the "Loyalist" armed forces. Rogue commanders likely do venture out into downtown Damascus.

The President's message was not only heard in Buenos Aires, apparently, but was all cleaned up and put into English--now that Latin is no longer required, or something.
Even the Swedes get the Buenos Aires version:

And so the President admits to courting lunacy, in the matter of events in Downtown Damascus.
Firstly, Assad is alleged to be in control of the Chemo-Weapons. So that capability is to be degraded(?). That seems to be so-stated. There are no rogue elements in Syria with Chemo-Capabilities(?). There are only troops over there, and some over there, and deities only know where(?) U. S. Intelligence should have mentioned that, "Not even Santa Clause appears to have any such chemo capabilities. The Red-Nose reindeer actually gets an annual, terrible, winter cold. . .at the North Pole. He really can't sniff a thing!
Weak correlational reasoning is all about the U. S. "case" for opposition to Offical Syria.
So continuing, no one hears the "upgrade" part of the capabilities of the "opposition." "Factions" is not even used to describe the singular concept, "Opposition."
So do we hear, "Degrade control of the Chemo-Weapons," and "Upgrade Control of the Chemo-Weapons," in the context of some chemical warfare type of accident? Any re-statement of the John MCCain-Boehner-Cantor backed policy objective should have a distinctive sound to it. It should sound to anyone like a strategy(?) of taking the Chemos away from Official Syria, to instead spread them all around to non-official Syria. That way they can be transported anywhere. Then they can be used against anybody, at any time, uncontrolled, included!
