Only if the shit makes it to trial, stupid.
And of course no way the locals in either New York or Georgia will be able to seat an honest jury, not that they intend to anyway.

He was trying to change the offical election results which had been certified.
You seem to think Trump and his Merry Men have the right to put pressure on goverment officials to change election results because Trump believes there has been voter fraud. That is not a defense for what he did. Even if it were, Trump would lose. Over 50 courts in 7 states have either examined evidence and either dismissed the case or refused to hear it.
I don’t think calling them as he did amounts to “pressure.” Your analysis fails from your first premise. You seem to think Trump and his Merry Men have the right to put pressure on goverment officials to change election results because Trump believes there has been voter fraud.
He didn’t “do” anything illegal. That is not a defense for what he did.
They all dismissed the cases without hearing them.Even if it were, Trump would lose. Over 50 courts in 7 states have either examined evidence and either dismissed the case or refused to hear it.
Nonsense."He maintained" are the operative words in your ridiculous post here.
So "he maintained......"
So what?
He is an incompetent idiot.
He "maintained that the election had already been changed-by the Democrap thieves....."
HE WAS DELUSIONAL!
HE WAS WRONG!
His own campaign staff told him he was WRONG!
His Vice President told him he was WRONG!
His Attorney General told him he was WRONG!
State election officials told him he was WRONG!
63 federal courts told him he was WRONG!
Yet....he still "maintained that the election had already been changed by the Democrap theives."
At this point "he maintained" is not a valid defense.....
except maybe, for an insanity plea.
In Georgia, it is illegal to pressure public officials to change election results. There are legal procedures to contest election results which the Trump campaign used. However, the campaign went must further than just contesting the election. They pressured public officials to change the vote count. A number of illegal acts wereI don’t think calling them as he did amounts to “pressure.” Your analysis fails from your first premise.
He didn’t “do” anything illegal.
They all dismissed the cases without hearing them.
They pressured public officials to change the vote count. A number of illegal acts were
spelled out in the indictment which include.
They all dismissed the cases without hearing them.
No pressure. In Georgia, it is illegal to pressure public officials to change election results.
You ii keep misusing that word. There are legal procedures to contest election results which the Trump campaign used. However, the campaign went must further than just contesting the election. They pressured public officials
Nothing illegal. The application of RICO doesn’t change that fct.to change the vote count. A number of illegal acts were
spelled out in the indictment which include.
- Violation of Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act
Never happened.
- Solicitation of violation of oath by public officer (three counts)
Didn’t happen.
- Conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer
- Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree (two counts)
Didn’t happen.
- Conspiracy to commit false statements and writings (two counts)
- Conspiracy to commit filing false documents
Didn’t happen.
- Filing false documents
Nonsense.
- False statements and writings (two counts)
We're not supposed to point that out. According to Democrats, that's illegal and means you're 'pressuring officials n stuff'.
It’s not about being wrong, but the illegal actions taken in furtherance of the false narrative. If being wrong was really a crime every liberal in America would be serving life in prison right now. This pathetic attempt at political persecution will fail.
Not at all.Nonsense
Yes. All. Completely.Not at all.
Trump was not thereby required to agree with anyone who held that belief. The House Select Committee showed us last summer in recorded (sworn) depositions that Trump was told by pretty much all the adults in the room that he had legitimately lost to Joe Biden
He wasn’t obliged to agree.and that he should let all the conspiracy theories go
Irrelevant.and just move on.
It's a good thing Jack Smith will have the jury selection process to weed out the ignorant MAGAt cultists like BackAgain who have already made their minds up that Trump is "innocent on all counts" even though he refuses to even look at the evidence. No pressure.
You ii keep misusing that word.
Nothing illegal. The application of RICO doesn’t change that fct.
Never happened.
Didn’t happen.
Didn’t happen.
Didn’t happen.
Pure bullshit.
Didn’t happen.
Nonsense.
It’s a great thing that the defendants’ attorneys can weed out the vile, dishonest twat rashes like MuddledMuck. It's a good thing Jack Smith will have the jury selection process to weed out the ignorant MAGAt cultists like BackAgain
MuddledMuck made up his mind about guilt long before he even knew what the bullsgit charges claimed.who have already made their minds up that Trump is "innocent on all counts" even though he refuses to even look at the evidence.
I am speaking of the J6 Committee hearings
No he wasn't.He wasn’t obliged to agree.
It's a good thing Jack Smith will have the jury selection process to weed out the ignorant MAGAt cultists like BackAgain who have already made their minds up that Trump is "innocent on all counts" even though he refuses to even look at the evidence.
I am speaking of the J6 Committee hearings that were presented last summer.
The committee's final report is now in Jack Smith's evidence file.
Most of us got to see that evidence last summer, but not people like BackAgain and other MAGAt cultists.
Most of them refused to watch the hearings choosing instead to remain in ignorance.
And now he wants to offer that ignorant, ill-informed opinion here with bullshit like
"nonsense"
"never happened."
Well.....yeah it did BA.
If you had bothered to look at the EVIDENCE you would know that.
Except that silly narrative falls flat due to the fact a peaceful transfer of power occurred. Whatever discussions may or may not have happened are irrelevant to that action. It’s not about being wrong, but the illegal actions taken in furtherance of the false narrative.
That’s a matter of your opinion. And of course you don’t get to speak for me. You being a jackass and all.No he wasn't.
But as we now know, he should have.
Because they were right and he was wrong.
More of your absurd and disproved “Russia Russia Russia” bullshit. This just goes to show what an incompetent and dangerous Putin-puppet we had in The White House for a while.
Zzz. You’re an idiot. We are lucky it wasn't a more dire, life or death situation (like nuclear war) that the Commander in Chief was just TOO DENSE and stubborn to understand.
Your ignorant, ill-informed opinion is duly noted.lol you mean you know your Party of criminals stuffed ballot boxes and dumped many thousands of fake mail in ballots and love using Party appointed DA's and judges to keep the guy who beat your Party twice and will a third time from running again. You can't wait to be a trained monkey on a leash and be taken care of by some Cadre hack.
