What lesson have you learnt in electing Obama and how will it influence you?

A lesson I learned a long time ago.not just now
The President is basically a mouthpiece for his party so it is not a lesson about the man per se it is a lesson about the main 2 party political system , and how they operate .
Both sides are corrupt and will give you more of the same old stuff if you keep on voting for either side.
The fine art of turning one against the other is what they do well ..
The main stream media is not to be trusted in presenting the news in a equally truthful manner about candidates running for office.
My lesson learned is the same one ....
I will not cast my vote for either Dems. or Repubs., for in the end it's always more for them and less for us.
Voting for either could be defined as a form of insanity , of doing the same thing over and over again, and to expect change in the results. You don't have to be a Einstein to see this either.
There are other options in casting your vote.

I voted for Obama in the first Democratic Primary, but that was mainly a vote against Bill Clinton's bogus wife. And, that was before I figured out that he is a lazy, incompetent, lying, socialist turd.

Will never vote for another Democrat in any election.

Republicans act the way they do mostly out of fear of the press, which is almost unanimously against them...and they can destroy you. Recent example: The fat man in New Jersey. He polled a couple of points ahead of Hillary Clinton awhile back and next thing he knows---a lane closing on a bridge is national news for months.

The ability to put EVERYTHING on a credit card for our children to pay (18 Trill now) has turned Democrats into Socialists and Republicans into Democrats....a real man like Paul Ryan steps up and applies ration to the problem......and right away the Socialists have a Ryan look-alike throwing Granny off a cliff.

Balanced Budget and Term Limits are the only things that will save our country....and it looks like we have missed that chance.....soon, more than half the country will be on the Federal Plantation (a/k/a Government Tit) in one form or the other, and they will just vote for more free stuff and will elect the ones that promise it best.

You need to vote Republican because they are just Whores. The Democrats are like Pimps and Drug-Pushers. Republicans will bankrupt us slower.

I lean more towards governors now- I think Obama's lack of administrative experience really hurt him.

But then again Bush and Carter were governors and look at how they turned out.
