The name is a misnomer.
Strikes me as just another group of finatics.

Just live and let live. When it comes to politics, you win some, you lose some. There are heroes of every bend, crooks of every bend, but most of the time it just people trying hard to live a good decent life.

Separation of church and state is one of the best ideas we ever had as a nation. It has served us well for 250 years. Why people want to change it after the unparalelled success we have had is a sign that they have an agenda that isn’t in the nation’s best interest.

You are just rambling and name calling as you are unable to post an actual argument.

My argument which you can't get around is you're no liberal by definition. Your post history reveals it

You're taking it personally and lashing out. Lash away, I've been onto you for a long time

What is your view of Christian Nationalism?

As a Christian, I am in no way in favor of theocracy, however, I do believe Christians have a duty to be involved in the affairs of society to make the world a better place, just like everyone else. In that sense, there is no, or at least should not be, a separation of church and state.

But let's be honest, the term Christian Nationalism has been coined by the Left to be interpreted Nazi Fascist as it has become one of those dog whistle terms to identify evil in the world.

However, if being a Nationalist is Hitler like, something you refuse to participate in because you are soooo much more righteous than those concerned with their nation, why do you participate in politics? Are you there to promote global interests instead of national interests, or something else altogether?

Go!!!

As a Christian I understand and believe that God blessed a certain people with this land just as he blessed ancient Israel with the land of Canaan. However, the blessing was not "in perpetuity", as Franklin intimated. We have failed to "keep (preserve) it" and are losing it to the heathen. As the true believers were put out of the church in apostolic days so are the heirs of the Abrahamic promise concerning the land being displaced.

You understand wrong. This has been the problem with many evangelical churches.

I don't know of any Evangelical church that believes in British Israelism.

No, it's calling him an ass-wipe.

When you use the term Christian Nationalism, you imply the white power Christian Identity, which is a thing, but a very marginalized thing.

You are another example of a person that can't just come out and say things.

There are obviously many Christians who love America, but who aren't alt Right.

The "Christian" Nationalists will continue pretending the term is literal. All of us, across the political spectrum, know exactly what the actual usage of the term is.

Whatever. Boring.

Define 'alt right'.

"Christians" need to understand the following:

1. calling America a "Christian Nation" is factually inaccurate, and demonstrates a profound contempt for the Constitution, which says otherwise, that we are a nation with FREEDOM OF RELIGION, including FREEDOM FROM RELIGION
2. calling the GOP a "Christian Party" is a disaster, pushes non-Christians over to the Dems
3. Christianity isn't conservative, it is mindless repetitive BS, communist in its origin, no freedom of thought allowed

Religion is for Sunday, the other 6 days of the week are for REALITY...

Islam is the same, right?

It does overlap.
