"Small, agile cheap and numerous" UAVs will not survive on the modern battlefield (with EW and nukes) . For example, our Russian friends see cheap, obsolet and numerous tanks with low-trained crews as some sort of recon, modern, fast and expensive tanks with nuclear shells as a main "crushing" force.Small, agile, cheap and numerous is the future of defense. Big, slow and expensive is doomed.

It's an ATGM with a Top Attack warhead. Probably a TOW II, but could be a Javelin or a host of others.

Nope, that's due to visual perspective. The missile flew to, and over the target where the shaped charge exploded above the turret.
You're going to want to check that. Russian tanks were still in Ukraine as of last winter, and they just put 1100 tanks on ukraine's border. The Javelin is a game changer in Ukraine. The Russians can't use their MBTs anymore and pulled them off the battlefield because of the Javelin threat after the Trump administration approved the sale of Raytheon's Javelins to Ukraine.
We have to go that way. Building big ticket defense and consumer products is more and more expensive domestically.Small, agile, cheap and numerous is the future of defense. Big, slow and expensive is doomed.
This is what a Javelin does to a Russian T-72 main battle tank.

All sides of the conflict use Russian tanks, you know. You're going to want to check that. Russian tanks were still in Ukraine as of last winter, and they just put 1100 tanks on ukraine's border.
I'm not sure, that it is correct to call them "separatists". Actually, all sides are "integratists" - all of them declare that they want to join a larger project. Some of them want to join the EU, some of them want to join Russia, some of them want to join Turkey.Basically, we made it a rule that they cant actually use them against the pro russian separatists.

What Russians and there is an agreement to withdraw heavy weapons.
