What Is It With Women and The Democratic Party?

You must be brain dead. I don’t live in the USA. It’s in my profile.

The moment you blame Democrats for the mess Republicans have made of your economy, is the moment I know you don’t have the first clue.

It’s not the Democrats who have crashed the economy 4 times in the past 100 years you clueless dolt.

You don’t know what you are talking about. Blue run areas are notoriously for high costs, high crime and high poverty.

You give yourself to little credit. The Federal Reserve Act gave us a fiat currency. And politicians like to spend money to stay in power with a voting base that learned to suck on the tit with the help of the 16th,17th and 19th amendments. And after they lost control of it, they printed a lot of money. Massive debts have accrued.

Hey stupid. It’s not the Democrats’ policies that raised house prices.

Stop believing the Republican bullshit. Corporate greed in the housing market raised the prices.

Hey stupid!
You don't live here and don't know anything about my state and county.

Democrats have driven the zoning, land use, permitting, environmental regs, property taxes, and other guv'mint interference of market value for housing (owning and renting) to the disastrous place they are now.

My wife started to buy(pay mortgage) on this house and lot about 35 years ago for @$70,000. Latest tax assessment puts it's value at about five times that. Market price for a buyer would be more than that.

Trickle down of Democrat greed is that businesses can't locate here since the employees they'd want to hire can't afford the limited and expensive housing.

Canada has their own version of "Blue".
That border is less than ten miles from where I live and BC license plates fill the parking lots here on weekends. Seems we have more selection and better prices at our "big box stores" (especially seeing how much dairy is bought here) than your socialist utopia. And offer quicker medical care.

Democrats have set the economy "crashes" in motion and Republicans don't often have enough time in power to stop or reverse the trends.

You are the one who is brain dead and without a clue.
Republicans are mostly about finding ways to grow, increase, create wealth.
Democrats are mostly about ways to take=redistribute what others make.

Young people arent interested in barely eeking by so they can have a child. And frankly i dont blame them. Nor should you. Its not their duty to have kids.
Tell us why we have more problems today than when all of the social agendas were pushed many decades ago. And we spend massive amounts of money and resources to even help it along. Government is not a golden goose. At some point though, we will find out the resources are not endless. We are getting warning signs and do not pay attention to them. You and others think we live in a benevolent existence. We have created a monster in China as they become more and more powerful. We live off of them and other nations. They are building foundation. And they have a hungry working population willing to do the deeds necessary. And they still have near another billion people wanting to get in on the goodies. When the false utopia falls, indentured servitude and out right slavery will return at a minimum.

Then buy a home in a Republican area, or an hour outside a Dem city.

I wouldn’t want to be in a Dem city, anyway. Full of crime, welfare recipients, and mayors who side with criminals.
It's not just my county, but major parts of my state.

Almost all our major cities are "Dem city" and the infection is more like two hours plus around those metros. Republican areas are the remote, less settled, more ag and rural counties, mostly in the Eastern part of the state. BTW, those cities weren't so "Dem" 30-40 years ago, before the socialist "blues" moved to here and started screwing things up.

Wife and I have our place, have sweat equity we don't want to give up, and are doing what we can to turn the Democrats out of power in this county and state.

Lesson one of life in this USA is this trend is creeping in everywhere and running away isn't the solution.

Besides, we'd like to see our kids and grandkids be able to live here.

BTW; Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Spokane, and Tacoma aren't like the Dem cities on the East side of the country(though they have become Dem dominated).
The "negative" is contained in select neighborhoods or has moved out into the suburbs where it is slightly cheaper to live, sort of.

Democrats are fleeing in droves to red states in the South to escape the policies they helped to put into place. If they don’t change their politics, they will ruin those places as well. They are like less industrious and less intelligent roaches.

Many have noticed that liberal Democrat white women just the most dishonest, sick, hateful, unpatriotic, ungrateful hate hoaxing wastes of life in America....

Yes, we are VERY spoiled in this country. That is a fact.
I think the problem involves what young people think is “eeking by.” The entitlement is off the charts, and I blame their parents.

Living in a condo, with air-conditioning, and having enough to go to a mid-scale chain restaurant perhaps two or three times a month, and renting a small apartment walking distance from the beach for a vacation, is NOT eeking by.

An income of $60,000 to $70,000 will get you this lovely 2-bedroom, 2- bath condo.

I never said govt is the golden goose. I worked for 42 years. Served my sentence, suffered like every other working person. China has alot of people working for low wages. Thats a bad econo.ic model. It works well for those at the top. Here, when someone suggests laborers get alot more for the same product, theres immediate blowback. Why?

They did that here to Washington State, to our metro areas during the past few decades and changed enough red to blue to dominate.

Is it spoiled or is it that they want to live a nice life? And who are we to judge if they are working hard, not getting assistance, and not having kids. Thats a choice not a duty. The fact that bothers people is kind of over the top. This is the new america. Its a new era. Heck i have 3 kids of my own, all grown. One is 55 and retired. Recently happily divorced. Im just playing devils advocate but affordability of kids is an undeniable issue.

In Maryland maybe.
Here in most of Washington state, urban areas (where most of the good paying jobs are) it will take one income at twice that or two people's income each of that amount, combined.

It is spoiled. Most Americans don’t have a clue how just how good they have it compared to the majority of the world and yet they continue to complain about how bad everything is and how the “rich” have too much money and they should give it to them. It’s sad really to see so much of our country in such decline and, ironically, in large part due, to progressivism.

There is no such thing as “trickle down Democrat greed”. That’s a term you just pulled out of your ass. But it does speak volumes about your knowledge of the economy.

You haven’t a clue how anything in your country works. Your entire post is a world salad of things you hear the grown ups talking about.

If your wife bought a property 35 years ago, why wasn’t the mortgage paid off 10 years ago? You’d have to be completely stupid to take out a mortgage with an amortization period longer than 25 years.

The US economy has been run under REPUBLICAN tax and labour laws since 1981. Regardless of whether you live in a red state or a blue state, the basic economic structures for the nation are those established by Washington.

Every Republican Administration since Reagan, has crashed the US economy, except Bush 41, but he set the stage for his son’s problems by negotiating and signing the NAFTA Agreement before leaving office.

The 7 times bankrupt Donald Trump, is going for his second economic collapse and is very close to achieving it. Job creation numbers are dipping into the negative for no reason other than his misguided policies.

It’s ironic that the very Wall Street bankers who stopped lending to the fiscally challenged Trump because of his financial history, now have to suck up to Trump and do his bidding, while he destroys the economy yet again.

Of course the wealthy and the Wall Street fat cats get wealthier faster in a crashed economy, so maybe they don’t mind so much.

The USA is the “shithole country” of the first world. You don’t have it so good at all. You do have:

1. The only first world country without universal health care, mandatory vacations, or maternity/family leave.

2. The highest maternal death rate in the first world - and rising rapidly due to bans on miscarriage treatments.

3. The lowest minimum wage in the first world - in terms of buying power.

4. The only country in the first world with a declining life expectancy;

5. The highest rate of gun violence, murder, and violent crime in the first world; and

6. Not coincidental to #3 and #5, the highest rate of poverty in the first world.

Stop pretending you’ve got it so good to live in the richest nation in the world. Unless you’re rich, it’s not even in the top 10.

If they get more there will be less for social services and government and we all will start to pay the real price for things. The fiat currency is now printed much more than the size of our GDP every year. The excess has to go somewhere. Housing is one of them.

I can see your point. But then dont expect a good number say no to kids when its a struggle to make ends meet. Its just the way its going to be. Not saying its good, just stating where things are. No fix in sight.

You are so ignorant and stupid.
Good thing you are retired.

A majority of Democrats hired and elected to government have those taxpayer funded income sources as their only legitimate ones. Few have owned or managed any for-profit businesses. They live off of the taxpayer tit, along with "speaking" and "consulting" fees, a.k.a. graft for their votes.

I've a far better grasp of how my country works and also your country. As I've said often here, the Canadian license plates I see at our Kroger, Costco, and other retail stores, filling jerry cans with petrol and pushing out shopping carts filled with milk and dairy speak volumes on the state and quality of your economy up North.
The Canadian license plates in our medical clinic parking lots speak volumes about the long waiting periods for medial treatment your people have to deal with.

If you were to look at the "World Debt Clocks" tab on the following website you will see that Canada has nearly twice the 'Debt to GDP' that the USA has. Doesn't suggest your economy is better than ours.
Also look through that "time machine" tab, which goes back to 1980 and you'll see we've had no "crash" in our economy, which you fail to document/prove BTW.

Only reason you have many foreigners sneaking into your country is so they can cross the border into ours.

The USA carries the bulk of your nation's defense load.

As for my wife and her mortgage record.
For decades the standard mortgage in the USA has been for 40 year terms. As a single working mom with two kids (their father was a molester and never paid child-support) she managed to barely qualify for a Farm Home Administration loan in 1990 and her lower end income meant she was mostly paying interest and very little towards principle. When I moved in and we married in 2007, we had to refinance, so basically started that process over again (30 year term). We then refinanced a few years ago when interest rates had dropped significantly(15 year term). This is way more about my/our personal finances I wish to share and I doubt we'll ever see comparable candor and honesty from you (Per your post I'm replying to it seems you rarely get facts correct anyway)

And if you weren't a flaming Marxist and had any real experience in the for-profit economic world where wealth is created, you'd realize there are no guarantees for success and bankruptcies happen. Especially if like Trump you have partners who don't hold their end of the deal and leave you with salvaging the pieces.

Final point, our tax and labor laws are bi-partisan creations. The Democrats have an equal role in some, and have played the dominate role in many.
