That is not the meaning of Heliotropic and any attempt to use its real meaning symbolically in the way you have done is weak and lazy .

A Heliotropic person in this invented slang is simply a person who is decent and a "good egg" .
So what ?
You could equally call such people Lovely Luizas .And doubtless , many do .
