The PROBLEM is the administration did not PLAN the logistics for this massive capture...maybe intentionally, even though they KNEW the caravan was headed up to the border and even though they KNEW this, they did not get more judges and panels to review whether they qualified for refugee status so to give them their due process, and they did not staff the border crossing with more Custom agents and border patrol to handle the caravan of refugees, so to cross through the gate was up to a 9 day wait....
