False information is often baseless, not always, but often enough and if there is a base for false information the base is only there to cover up the falsehood and make the falsehood look reasonable: known as a half truth.

Funding all sides that might overthrow the government of Russia, covering all bets so to speak, and collecting upon the benefits of that investment, in the form of Bolshevism, which is loosely based (half truth) on the half truth known as Communism. Something half true is only true in appearance like a false flag that is lowered and then the jolly roger is put up when the false flag is no longer needed.
I know people in Russia, not many, but enough to get the sense that the story told to Americans by criminals running government, media, financing, religion, etc., is roughly half true. The ruthless Stalin made sure that there were no enemies left in Russia, that was accomplished by torturing and murdering 20 million Russians, after defeating the Wall Street Backed Nazis. The thing about Puppets, a known factor, is that the Puppets will break the strings of the Puppeteer as soon as they are able, it is in their nature.
