What if this man had been deported accidentally to CECOT

CECOT has done amazing things for El Salvador…not that long ago it was overrun with violence and crime by terrorist gangs, now it’s not

Stop lying.
How ridiculous, your entire position falls to pieces unless I'm a hated "democrat" how pathetic, so pathetic that you can only stamp your little feet and call me a liar, what a waste of space you are.

I never approved of how the country managed illegal migration for years, I never approved of men in dresses playing on women's teams, yet you cannot grasp that it is possible to disapprove of those things and not approve of maga.

I agree but the price is not paid by you it is paid by those innocent victims rounded up in error through carelessness and it is paid by their families who will never see their loved ones again.

Would you approve of doing the same here? rounding up black criminals and putting them in a prison for life with no due process, knowing that there's a percentage of innocent people among those in prison?

You people aren't fools you are evil to the core.

Which innocent victims rounded up in error? Name some.

Black criminals? What a racist comment

As far as due process, I like our system. It’s not perfect but better than the rest. I however can’t comment on El Salvadorans and how they want to run their country

Mayorkas was impeached but Schumer refused to let the Senate conduct the trial. In other words. Schumer decided he was the ruler over both houses.
The senate voted that the house impeachment was unconstitutional on the grounds that the articles did not meet high crimes and misdemeanors.

You're wasting your time trying to convince me of something. You showed me your character and I haven't read more than the first paragraph of your posts since.

Go back to pleading for the poor misunderstood wife beating gang banger. Have you said, "she must have provoked him" yet? I don't think that one has been used.

How about, "he was here to pick our crops!"

When was the trial?

If that is the case, the Senate was clearly wrong.

"The articles charged Mayorkas with willfully ignoring the law and breaching the public's trust. Democrats called the opposition a policy dispute, and said it did not rise to "high crimes and misdemeanors," as required for impeachment. Republicans say Mayorkas is refusing to enforce immigration laws.

"By doing what we just did, we have in effect, ignored the directions of the House, which were to have a trial," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell after senators killed the second article. "No evidence, no procedure. It's not a proud day in the history of the Senate."

You're a fool, I won't even waste my time discussing this with you.

Which judge sentenced all of these men to life in prison in a penal colony?

This is the institution's official stated policy, you go in and never come out. With that said it is obviously vital that only those found guilty of the most serious crimes be sent there and the decision to apply this punishment should be made by a judge but none of those sent have been sentenced by a judge so we have no idea how many are now locked up for life yet have done nothing to deserve that.

Why this needs explaining is beyond me, why there are people here who see no problem with this escapes me.

The United States should have absolutely nothing to do with such a country.

This man's life is over, we have seen to that.

Since returning people from CECOT is being described as an impossibility, it raises the real fear that truly innocent people, even citizens, are potentially at great risk.

This really is deadly serious, CECOT is a torture center, those incarcerated there have no release date and indeed the authorities there even say that they do not intend to ever release any prisoners ever.

Being put in that situation where you have 6 sq ft of space and sleep on a metal bed with no mattress or blanket and the lights on 24/7 for the rest of your life, is a form of torture.

Even Papillon had it better on the Devil's Island penal colony.

🙄

Likely not a good idea to be in a gang in El Salvador

Democrats protected Mayorkas is the truth.

We are not involved. This is an issue decided on in El Salvador. Even the man sent there by our officials, since he is a citizen there and not here, his problem rests with El Salvador.
