Only President Obama can order a response to the Russian hacks and their subsequent use by the head of the FBI and Wikileaks. Part of the response has been the deportation of dozens of Russian agents and their families. We are waiting for more responses but President Obama is running out of time and Moscow's man in the Oval Office will probably invite the Russian agents back with an apology.

Russia attacked a major basic foundation that this country was built on and over 1.1 million Americans died fighting for. That is very, very serious for the United States security.
