Pictures are great propaganda because they can be manipulated. If Illinois was a red state and didn't have any murders outside of Chicago, it would still have one of the worst crime problems in the country. That's where the problems are. The big cities with large Black populations, not the entire state. But, you already knew that. Propaganda parrot.

Why is the OP asking what WHITES should do to solve the high crime rate among blacks? Blacks are responsible for it due to the 72% OOW birth rate, which leads to poverty and crime.

I say blacks need to really stigmatize the young women and teens getting pregnant before marriage, and do a better job of emphasizing the value of a good basic education - and drop all the CRT nonsense.
