I saw this article first on Police Misconduct from CATO. I read it. It is refreshing to see it from a light of the right. I can only hope it spreads.

Justice and Accountability in Courtroom and Laboratory

What instigated this article is a story where a Chemistry Lab was cheating on the tests. As a result some 21,000 convictions will be thrown out. A little cheating goes a long way doesn't it?
