What Happened to Per Capita?

The majority of white-collar crime offenders are white males, except for those who commit- ted embezzlement. However, in comparison to offenders committing property crimes, there is a higher proportion of females committing these white-collar offenses.

Damn those Latinos
spin, spin, spin
Americans can't give two fucks about "white collar crime"...they want to be able to use the ATM at midnight without looking over their shoulder for savage dark people.

People have become way too pc most agree with you but won't openly admit it. I agree with you, but our people are civilized. We occasionally see them going to jail. And prison, our people would lock up on our people. But the media spike that football every time a black is killed by a white or arrested by a white they let blacks get away with everything in some places one state was like you can't call the police on blacks who look sus many crimes would get stopped but people are woke idiots.

They are easily confused. Anyway you turn it, blacks are more criminal than any other group. Much of it is just lack of intellect.
Blacks are a dim witted, violent people whose predominant skills are those inherited by virtue of their genetic antiquity.

FAIL!
Our corrupt government has grouped latinos with whites in this bullshit misleading table.....Latinos are almost as savage as blacks, they fuck the spreadsheets all up for whites.
No they didn't and there are black latinos.

Nope the FBI threw the kitchen sink at my people, but allow Chicago go to hell? It's a double standard the cops can't do their jobs. They get fired for trying to lock up a black person. Beetlejuice won't back up the police in this woke age.
I am sure the pigs will think of something they always do.

No, most don't agree with the broken loser. People have been far too pc with whites. Whites in American have a violent criminal history that started at the beginning or so-called founding of this country. This realy is why racist white got apoplectic about teaching the 1619 Project and it's why white racists around the land are whining about CRT.

Chicago is majority white.

And as usual the same maggots try hijacking this thread with off topic crap because they don't have the balls to face the reality of their own criminality and violence.

There are black latinos white boy and you don't consider that so fuck you and your blame shifting. This is about YOUR pearly white asses, not latinos or Chicago.

Because:there are 30 cities more dangerous than Chicago.

Stay on topic racist.

Nineteen, actually. And virtually all of them are run by people just like you.

It's pathetic what some whites will do in order to deny their problems and to deny their racism.

Most of the people killed by the police are white

People miss the fact that the police shoot and kill a lot of white people. The media, ever eager to turn every police shooting of a black person into a national story even when the shooting is completely justified, just don't care when whites are killed by the cops.

In fact, more unarmed whites (26 in 2020) than unarmed blacks (18 in 2020) are shot by police in any given year. Liberal Democrats have created a false narrative that black people are in constant, imminent danger of being killed by police, but the reality is more complicated. And the media, eager to stoke racial tensions, simply ignore stories like those of Timpa, because even if they point to something very wrong about how policing is done, they don't advance the preferred racial narrative.

Yes, a higher percentage of blacks are victims of police shootings given their share of the U.S. population (13%). But this is, at least in part, a function of their disproportionate involvement in crime and in violent crime in particular. The FBI reports that 39% of murders with known offenders are committed by blacks. If police confrontations are disproportionately with blacks, you would expect disproportionate results.

Notice the racism here. The writer doesn't address the possibility that white shootings could be justifiable and while whites commit 60 percent of the violent crime, per capita is used here to justify the disproportionate rate of blacks being shot by police.

So where is all the hype about rates and shit? Huh? Here we see classic right wing victimhood.

View attachment 548244
View attachment 548246
View attachment 548247
36.4 percent is less than 59.1. 6 out of every 10 violent crimes are committed by whites. That's why more whites get shot by police. Instead of addressing that, whites want to pretend that the smaller number is the problem.
You make excuses for black criminals when they are killed by cops. Most whites don’t make excuses when cops kill white criminals.

In the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program, violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. Violent crimes are defined in the UCR Program as those offenses that involve force or threat of force.

Incorrect. Cities are run using bi partisan city councils. A mayor has only one vote. Second republicans keep losing local elections so apparently what they offer would be worse.

Not exactly and considering who owns the gun stores....

Just stop pretending whiteyville is peacful and non violent. You got husbands beating their wives, abusive mothers, prozac addicted white divprces, adult sexual deviance with children, rampant addiction, suicides, and the as the UCR shows, violent crime.

Those cities with democratic mayors usually have democratic city councils as well.

What gun stores in Chicago? As far as I can tell there aren't any. As recently as 2019 there weren't any at all. There are some in the burbs, but not very many by most city's standards. So that part of your post is nonsense as usual. As for white areas not having crime and violence. no one has said that at all except you using it as a straw man argument. But it's a fact that most violence is concentrated in inner city minority districts.

What does divorce, addiction and suicide have to do with violent crime? Every crime that you mention happens in every neighborhood regardless of the economic or racial make up. Unless you are going to try to tell me with a straight face that there are no addicts, abusive parents, spouses and sexual deviants targeting children in black neighborhoods?
