Pabst?? Seriously? lolWisconsin, so has to be brats boiled in beer then grilled, potato salad and baked beans, wash it down with a cold Pabst.
Yes, the last time my family came it was 8 and we cooked three ribs of beef but it was bigger and there was one left at the end all served with baked potatoesThat doesn’t look like it could serve more than one person.
In winter, I prefer to serve spaghetti with meatballs but a lasagna is good too.Leg of lamb, Greek style. Which means no mint jelly. That stuff is nasty.
Edit to add: sometimes a nice lasagna. Easy to make ahead of time, minimal fuss to serve, along with garlic bread, leaving you more time with your guests and less in the kitchen.

Hamburgers, hotdogs and chicken are the norm for a large gathering.
Good beer? lolIn Wisconsin, yeah, Pabst, seriously. It's one of the oldest original beers being brewed in Wisconsin, and it's good beer.
