I've asked this question to other Christians before because I'm just curious and my answer is always the same. I just don't let it bother me. My heart always knows the truth and my faith has gotten so strong that doubt barely even exists with me anymore, but I thought that I should be honest and say that I still doubt sometimes, but this song always helps me get through it.
