I agree, the older guy acted very strangely, made them carry him to the police car, invoking his right to remain silent... who acts that way when innocent of any wrong doing? I thought for sure we would find out that he was involved. I know he was being charged with obstruction I believe.

Actually that's how innocent people act while protesting police actions, like ICE raids and the like.
The guilty don't invite getting themselves arrested. Where innocent people do it out of "civil disobedience."
