Chicago needs a transformation of destructive behavior gangs into Guardian Angel constructive protective purposeful affiliation.
Chicago needs job programs that take kids off the streets and keeps them occupied learning trades like construction that can be used to help rebuild neighborhoods instead of adding to the delapitation. (We had this program in Philly and it worked well) IT can even be tied to the National remodeling association as an initiative to create more much needed skilled labor.
Then the division created by obstruction and resist by the political heads of the city and State need to be addressed by voting/kicking out out the Mayor and 2 Dem Senators.
Which brings us to why do resist members spend time on protesting what's been over since 2016, instead of organizing Guardian Angel programs in their city? Does this mean the resist pide pipers hate Trump more then they love their city?

When I talk about the Philly job program, what it was involving was volunteers who helped teach and train and instruct recipient volunteers who did free construction labor for the elderly and needy in return for the valuable training/job experience in the field and it's high regard/ highly benefitial appearance & experience on their resume.
