Back in the early 90s - beat all 3 Florida schools in their prime - Miami in 1990, Florida in the 1992 Sugar Bowl, Florida State in 1993 (Irish got cheated out of a NC IMO).

Beat USC eleven straight.

Had a 17 game win streak over Big 10 schools -and about a 17 game win streak on the road.

Just lost to Tulsa, and in recent years to other pathetic weak-sisters.

Have lost 3 out of 4 to Navy - after having beaten them 43 straight.

CF is more interesting when ND is in the top 5 battling for the NC.

You can have theOregons, TCU, Boise states , Utahs etc of the world

Ara P turns around a 2-8 ND team in1963 to to 9-1 in 1964 (Irish got screwed in the USC game)

Won 2 NCs in 1966 and 1973 (2nd in 1970)

Beet topranked Bama twice.
