Two things annoy me the most:

1-When a good thread I am interested in starts to derail and continues.

2- The Thanks button. Sometimes I want it to mean just that--"thanks" and other times I have to use it when my intention is to impart only that I agree. I'm never sure how the poster interprets it, then in a few minutes, I don't even think about it. lol, A small thing.
