Kim Jong Il's favorite dish ........... Moo Goo Gui Puppy


Ingrediants:

Hind Quarter of 8 week old puppy dog/ sliced in thin shavings/ 8 oz or so
soaked in Red Wine, rolled in thin layer of flour.
2 oz soy sauce
1 oz sesame oil
celery / sliced, 2 stalks or so
small onion, sliced
teaspoon of garlic
1 small can of bamboo shoots
2 tablespoons of peanut oil


Heat oil to almost smoking in wok, add sesame oil
Toss in the little puppy meat, stir fry 2 minutes
add remaining ingrediants, cook four minutes, tossing every one.
Add soy sauce at the very end

Serve over steamed rice or noodles. YUM YUM!
