Most Americans are ignorant of the foothold socialism/communism almost gained in the early 1900's before laissez faire capitalism became somewhat regulated. Starting with Teddy R's enforcement of the Sherman Anti-trust Act.

When Communists (disguised as "Socialists") began taking seats in Congress I KNEW we were in deep trouble.
It was at the very onset of this that We The People should have been willing to sacrifice at all costs to protect our freedom.

And as always....We The American People did absolutely nothing.
We are getting exactly what we earned and deserve to be blunt.

Perhaps they simply see the future of the West which is currently capitalism in name only. Look around the West, from lack of privacy, lack of accountable government, arrests for people based on their spech, loss of careers due to speech, massive corporate handouts, massive and forced funding of Green policies that taxpayers did not vote on Reagan and any president before would declare Western nations today as communist. Capitalism and human rights do not exist simply because one says they do regardless of what Office Bob tells you. I have experienced it in Canada, this is no longer theory. It is why I say often that China is eventually going to win, Trump was the one hope to avoid this outcome.
