If you fled to the U.S because your life was in danger and you were caught and sent back but managed to escape with your life once again by fleeing back to the states but were caught a second time we will consider your asylum request, which may take a few years..but you will have to wait in a jail cell. That's how things work in the land of the free. Oh by the way did you know Venezuelans who flee to the U.S because of repression are waved on through and given temporary visas while they wait. What's the difference you ask..they have money, you don't. Here in the states it's all about money...Supreme Court says no right to hearing for some immigrants
