CDZ WE the people have a significant number of rights that should not be violated

Line #2 is just non-profit insurance companies.
How is that "checks to taxpayers"?

Why should insurance companies be able to demand such high profits?
Essentially is it extortion over fear of losing it all due to an injury or illness.
That is exactly the kind of group risk pooling society is supposed to do without demanding a profit.
I don't care if you take our insurance. If you do and agree to the price and terms, when you start paying for it, fine. If not, don't buy in, hoping to get the government to force them to change their legal business model, later. Or, initiate and sell your own business model. Some people and businesses insure themselves. How did this get to be about insurance companies, anyway?

It's like a 100 yard dash, everyone starts even, but it doesn't end even.
The liberals want to change that where everyone finishes the race tied.

It is the other way around.
Before 1800, anyone could produce by themselves.
But after that, only a few wealthy elite could afford the investment for steam power that increased output by 10, and reduced costs by 75%, putting all independents out of business.
The race does not start out even.
Only the wealthy elite are allowed to race, and they cheat with things like monopolies, child labor, forced slavery, etc.

Oh BS, some people study hard in school to make the grades to get in to a college with a grant. Others play around and fuck everything up
yet you want them to have a free education. They both started out on an even playing field, they just didn't end up in the same place.

What federal laws deny equal rights to all?

#2 was about insurance companies.
{...
= Medicare for ALL Insurance
...{

And your reply was:
{...
Looked like it to me. A Bernie or Yang primary voter, no doubt. Amazing how he started on line #1, with "rights that should not be violated" and somehow got "checks to taxpayers" on line #2 with no foreplay or anything.
...}

And I don't see how private insurance companies are ethical or fair. You work a job and pay into insurance for 50 years, and as soon as you actually get to the point when you might need more medical care, you lose your job, coverage, and all the money you paid in.
Makes no sense at all.

Whether or not tuition is free has nothing to do with whether or not you pass the test high enough to get accepted.
No one is suggesting equality of outcome, but just equality of opportunity.

Almost all federal laws deny equal rights to all.
For example, the 1965 Civil Rights Act list about half a dozen specifically protected classes, and that is illegal because those not listed do not get equal protection under the law.
For example, we can tell political expression is about the single most important right, since it is listed in the 1st amendment to the Bill of Rights.
And yet they claim that discrimination based on political affiliation or speech is legal.
That is impossible, and clearly we need to throw out all the lawyers and judges who let this get so confused.

And I am supposed to support your whining because you are losing the game you want to play? Don't try to sh#t me son, I've had a turd in every pocket. People like you have nothing to teach people that learned better a long time ago.

Who are you, MSNBC? You can keep your interpretations and your business/governmental model. I don't like the price.

WE the people have a significant number of rights that should not be violated

Getting the checks out to taxpayers proved to be a plus for the economy.

The enactment of each round of payments coincided with a significant boost to personal income, as well as consumer spending, in that month. ...

The stimulus payments enacted under the CARES Act were estimated to have boosted the country's economic output by 0.6 percent in 2020, according to the Congressional Budget Office.May 14, 2021

Encourage Biden to do it monthly as a perpetual tax dollar refund ...... just keeps the economy moving. Tax dollars are generated by billions of tax payers which makes we citizens controlling managers.

Once again economic boost checks demonstrated that Taxpayers are the single most effective and legitimate investment on planet earth. WE have a right to our money instead of it being wasted on many sorts of corporate welfare especially the bailing out of corporations. Obviously the USA can afford monthly stimulus checks.

Citizens have a right to:
= Social Security Insurance
= Medicare for ALL Insurance
= Advanced Education for ALL
= job growth and/or entrepreneurship
= Maternity Leave
= Sustainable Living Wage if we want to reduce food assistance
= Safe Working Conditions
= Public Education backed with plenty of tutors for online education
= Clean Water
= Clean Air
= Cleaner Energy
= To Demand and Prosecute Inside Traders no matter what
= To Protect the US Postal Service
= To Prevent Take Over Of The Media by the Few
= Have A Right To Be Free of Politicians Forcing Their Private Agendas On All In America
= How about the right in keeping politics out of health care issues such as Pandemics ?
= The right to be free of voter suppression and expect voter suppression to be prosecuted.

The only rights people have ever had are the ones they were willing to kill and die for to keep. We modern Americans are proving ourselves worthy of very few if any rights indeed.

A clearer demonstration that the left has absolutely no concept of what the word "rights" means, has not come along this forum in a long time.

The role of our current school system is to ensure that kids never receive any kind of useful education that would lead them towards self suffiency as the goal is to make them dependant on the state.

No, it's not.

Every government uses force. It's part of what government is. The trick is to limit and control it very carefully.
Again, it’s actually evil fking people! Government is made up of individuals who play act god

My husband points out that if all the rich people's money were distributed to the poor people, within two years all the money would be back in the hands of the rich people and the poor people wouldn't have any. Because poor people couldn't manage money before, so they wouldn't ever be capable of managing money and making more and starting businesses. It's a question of intelligence and discipline. Poor people don't have any of that, or they would not be poor. You don't find many high-quality people in Raytown beyond the train tracks. Because if they were high-quality, they wouldn't be there to start with.
