The utility rate increases here in GA (3 ea totaling over 50%) are a combination of both US Presidents. These infrastructure issues have not been made better....but worse.

You are here to triumph a loser....one of the worst Presidents in modern history. Carter, who on a personal level is actually a wonderful person, used to hold that title of "Worst President" .

I personally tend to think Lincoln needs that title....but it's subjective.
