To pile it one with hard evidence in the video from the floor:

BUSTED! House Dems Caught Manipulating Tweets In Photo Ops!
Trumps lawyers burned the whole house of cards to ashes... The criminal misconduct they exposed would result in criminal charges and life time disbarment in any court of law. I wish we could hold these liars to account..

WATCH: Team Trump Exposes Democrat 'Incitement' in Hard-Hitting Video
BY TYLER O'NEIL FEB 12, 2021

Excerpt:

On Friday, lawyers for former President Donald Trump presented a few hard-hitting videos contrasting Trump’s calls for peace and law and order with Democrats encouraging harassment and coddling Black Lives Matter and antifa rioters over the last summer.

“To claim that the president in any way wished, desired, or encouraged lawless or violent behavior is a preposterous and monstrous lie,” Michael Van Der Veen, one of Trump’s lawyers, argued.

Van Der Veen presented a video contrasting Trump’s law-and-order remarks and remarks from Joe Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.). Pelosi had said, “I just don’t even know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country. Maybe there will be.” Waters had notoriously encouraged supporters to harass Trump administration staff in public places. Biden had said that if he was in high school, he would “beat the hell out of” Trump.

This is damaging to the democrats who were saying similar and far worse to people than Trump did.

No evidence was provided that Trump planned the riot, the FBI reported that the riot was planned since November, Trump was never involved. Political rhetoric is a common feature in political speech, a 1st amendment right.

Hypocrisy is what the Democrats run on in their irrational attacks on Trump who has been out of office 3 weeks now.

So...anyone see all those violent mobs whipped up by those selectively picked out of context "violent" quotes? Is there a pattern of grooming a mob to violence?

Let us know.

Until then, it's another pathetic attempt at false equivalency.
You’re a fucking idiot. Obviously you’re ignoring what happened all summer at the request and encouragement of Democrats like Pisslosi, Waters, Biden, Harris, Schmucker, the list goes on. Such an utter disconnect from reality. It’s your responses that are pathetic.

The Democrats, but more importantly, 99 % of the media at least encouraged it but also largely helped to instigate it..

Trump's lawyers didn't do anything. Republicans already said they were going to vote to protect trump before the hearings were even scheduled. His lawyers could have sung Christmas carrols for a couple of hours for the same outcome. The precident will be set that presidents can do any unethical thing, and I mean anything in the last month of their presidency, and there isn't anything anyone can do about it.

Derp, that's NOT why the R's voted, 'to protect Trump.'

The R's are FIGHTING for OUR Constitution since the D's seem to forget their pledge to OUR Country they serve.

Trumps legal team exposed democrats in their own hypocrisy. The looks on the faces of the democrats as each one was exposed doing the exact same behavior that they said was impeachable in Trumps behavior was priceless. The manufacture of evidence and then intentionally omitting evidence and context that exonerates a defendant is grounds for criminal charges and disbarment. Had Chief Justice John Roberts been presiding he would have thrown out this sham for this breach of prosecutorial misconduct and done it WITH PREDJUDICE so that it could never be brought as an action again.

Trumps lawyers exposed Dems naked for all to see, their shameless hypocrisy destroyed their case.

Schoen cited the Supreme Court case Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969), explaining that the standard for incitement involves “whether the speech was intended to provoke imminent lawless action and was it likely to do so.”

Based on the House managers case, now, Tommy, the precedent has been set:
  • Next time Biden or any democrat gives a rally or speech to whip up enthusiasm and support, I can go from there, commit crimes, then say Joe Biden sent me and I was doing it for Joe. :smoke: And the GOP can then impeach him.

Think I'll leave now, go rob a gas station, then tell the police that Joe Biden sent me to fight Big Oil to stop polluting the planet! :21:

All non-idiots know that is bullshit. Before the hearings even started, they said they would vote to protect his fat orange ass no matter what the evidence says.

You are being irrational since the democrats broke several rules and laws to do this absurd impeachment farce in the first place. They also made it clear they made up their minds before it began with ZERO evidence!

Please list the rules and laws broken, as well as a list of Democrats who pub;icly said they would vote to find trump guilty before seeing evidence.

Uh.....so we're supposed to ignore the inflammatory rhetoric by the media against Trump and by Democrats since before he took office.
If you want to talk about somebody whipping up violence we can show you tons of videos and quotes by leftists doing exactly that.
The desire to make the word "fight" illegal blew up in their faces.
Never mind that many of them not only condoned violence all over the country....some of them actually encouraged it and supported it with donations.
Please feel free to point out any time Trump bailed out looters and rioters or called for blood in the streets against Democrat voters.

When inflamitory rhetoric that doesn't result in an attack on our capitol, becomes actionable, our prison system will collapse from all the ex-wives being arested.
Nobody objects to the use of the word fight. The context where the word fight is used is what matters. When the context it is used in causes the capitol to be attacked, then we have a problem. Saying a mouthwash fights gingivitis is not a problem.

The R's are FIGHTING for OUR Constitution

"A majority of Americans support raising the top tax rate to 70 percent"
"A whopping 45% of Republican voters support a 70% top rate" {Ralph Nader reading from the book}
Where are the leaders today to walk in the shoes of Wagner, Norris, and La Guardia, and so many others who protected the rights of workers? Why did one of our political parties become anti-labor?

It was only a dozen years after the Wagner Act that the Taft Hartley Act restricting unions was passed by Republicans, overriding Harry Truman’s veto. In the decades since, the Republican party has consistently sided with corporate interests over workers, despite workers still making up the vast majority of their constituents.
