Well, you can hear the reaction of the other people. They KNOW they have "rights" and that the police can't touch them. This is part of the problem in modern society where people are growing up with no aims in life, no goals.

In the UK this gets worse every time a Conservative government gets in power.

Labour had the Olympics and built up to it with sports for kids, with better education, and crime went down, kids had a future. Then 14 years of the Conservatives and they didn't want to spend the money. Taxes rose 90%, spending on essential services was at like 25-35% which was lower than inflation.
