Abba...abba...abba...err...ahh... Bullshit! How many crimes could have been prevented while all this non essence was transpiring? This is what we're paying cops for...as well as eating donuts. Saw two Washington state cops the other day sitting/holding down the hood of their squad car completely spaced out watching some kids playing in a local park. The only thing missing was donuts and coffee. Really!
