Our Visa laws for tourists say pregnant women should not be issued a visa here. Why we are issuing visas to them is unexplainable.

This isn't the 14th that controls tourists, but actual guidance and law for the State Dept issuing Tourist Visas. I don't know why so many pregnant tourist are allowed in?
