Look at Iran--- people living in poverty while the government spends every dime on arms and militarization enough for ten countries. Look at these people: armed to the teeth! Cut their head off, cut off their arms and legs and they are still prepared to battle the world by hosing up the oil market while mining the Strait and attacking their neighbors. These people were not expecting nor preparing for peace.
