Who is this guy? Must be a comedian because his opening monologue was funny.

I love this skit. Instead of democracy or freedom, Washington was obsessed with a new way of measuring things like distance and liquids. I never noticed that some liquids are measured in quarts and some are measured in pints. Milk and alcohol are measured different? You never buy a gallon of booze right? Our system of measurements is kind of confusing. Why did we choose to be so different from the rest of the world?
