If you can afford the fine, go for it. While you won't go to jail for it as it has been decriminalized, you WILL get a ticket and have to pay a fine.

The type of people who do this will soon have dozens of tickets and thousands in fines, all unpaid.

But DC will get to report a decrease in crime next year, which is the real purpose of this.

If someone has to go take a leak from partying as an example and caught, give a warning. To promote it is insanity. Then we get into policing in other avenues. And from there we get into policing in profiling, looking for trouble out of nothing, destroying people and families, abusing their powers and so on. The result is what we see now. Reforms are needed. But common sense applied when law and order is restored. But there are many who will not forgive what was done to them. We do not live in everyone on the same side anymore when things get bad. And those who destroyed others deserve the same back.

In Berlin it's already legal! Here's a global breakdown of some of the penalties for public urination.
In another article it says that Paris tried installing open-air urinals for some reason. and many people were outraged. See? It seems that Europe may already be ahead of us on this. Since we have globalist-loving Dems in control of Washington right now, it wouldn't surprise me if this proposal actually COMES from European culture.....or "Your-a-peein" culture! HA! Again.....................for those who didn't read the article, DC is NOT LEGALIZING PUBLIC URINATION!

They are decriminalizing it. It's still illegal, but instead of being arrested and put in jail, you will only get a ticket and a fine.
