All the great Republicans who came after the Democrats had their own doctrines: the Eisenhower Doctrine supplemented by the principle of inevitable retribution and the Dulles plan, and the Reagan doctrine. And Trump didn't have anything, did he? This could mean that he is an agent of the left.
Why did Putin not like McCain, but immediately got along with Trump?

Putin probably didn't like McCain because he really had no power. Trump was the President and if you want to conduct business with the US, the President is the one to get along with.

Putin probably didn't like McQuisling because he was a flaming asshole, who supported muzzy terrorists that attacked Russia.

why yes, yes he did.

it was called genocide by policy.

whether it was the scorch & burn general handling of america, or the pandemic.

Don't be an idiot. You know damned well the pandemic was given to you by communist China.

McCain was a warmongering prick who should have had a "D" beside his name, instead of an "R".

Trump embodied everything that the GOP stands for, and even taught them a few new tricks.

It seems he spoke out against him even before Trump was elected.

The term doctrine refers to foreign policy and war.

McCain never really tried to work things out with Russia, while he was a Senator.

A Republican must be that kind of politician
Reagan and Eisenhower were also belligerent

Donnie Dark Side is the ultimate RINO, the worst of them all. Bigly!!!
Well, this is another case of going back to the question: Is this what they've become, or is this what they've been all along?

Obviously the noise generated by Trump makes things difficult to decipher, but maybe this is who they really are: Bigotry, paranoia, rage.

Hell even his fellow Republicans disliked McCain, he was a backstabber.

It is valid to be angry, when assholes call you wacist or bigoted, for no reason.

An excellent and thoroughly depressing point.

Thanks.
