Stalin killed more people in the Bolshevik empire than the Germans did during WWII. Many people very much doubt that his death was from natural causes. Once he died, his gang members could ascribe any cause to it. He was planning another purge, and his staff knew that. Many of his gang members had a reason for getting rid of Stalin.
