We have had a lot of killings in the US over the years and not one was a professional organized hit to shut up free speech - this would be a first. Almost all of them are wackos or people who think they are aggrieved.

There are just so many easier ways to accomplish whatever you think was accomplished here. - my own opinion.

We have to follow the available video evidence as it is released to form an opinion. It looks like there's considerable video that has been released, both before and after, and I would guess there's more. I have seen a clip of him jumping about 15 feet to the ground after the shot, holding what looks like a backpack. I don't see how he could have a full-sized bolt gun in that pack, even breaking it down wouldn't look like that, and according to the locals he carried it with him and dropped it somewhere else. Handling an 8-pound 48" rifle while dropping 15 feet is quite a feat. I wish I knew more detail about the rifle that was recovered, I'd like to make this work but there's a lot of holes here. Yes, it's not hard to hit a man sized target at 200 meters, but this escape thing seems sketchy, at least right now. I have an old k98 that was converted to 30-06 that I bought off a co worker back in 1974 for $75, which was a month's rent back then. It has a sporter stock (not checkered), turned down bolt handle, and a really good trigger and came with a 4-power scope. I could shoot just over a minute with it, so I don't doubt the shot was that hard. I'll see if I can dig it out for a picture, I haven't shot it in 25 years. There must have been thousands of these redone, like the Enfield's after the war. To shoot at a man like that and just walk away has me troubled some.

Exactly. I saw videos of him walking to the site and he walked with a limp, the barrel extending to his knee or ankle.
I have not seen the video of him jumping down from the building, can you post it?
He had to have the gun, unless he handed it off to someone who planted it for him.
