No bush spent that money. Look up the bills passed under bush to handle the crisis that bush left him.


Bill Clinton had a projected trillion dollar surplus over ten years.

And bush started cutting taxes instead of handling the infrastructure problem in this country.


Obama walked in with a trillion and a half deficit mostly because we were in recession and you can't tax what you don't earn.
