You are cherry-picking. And Nato said, they won´t expand east and Ukraine said they would not seek membership of a military alliance. So who is breaking terms and demands the others to uphold them?
America is going away and this is not a good prospect for Europe as their leaders root for war.

Also those nukes were never owned by Ukraine they were owned and under the control of the then Soviet Union.
