It is racist to arrest blacks for shoplifting. Even places in California allow them $950 per time, just make sure you spread them out over numerous times. I read recently you get in more trouble there for taking your own catalytic converter off than if a criminal does it for you. So, if you want the catalytic converter off your car just leave it in an area where criminals will take it off for you.
