This is a new subject to me. I am just beginning to research it so am offering no opinions myself at this time.

Personally, I think the USA should not provide any foreign aid other than humanitarian. Certainly not weapons and munitions that could be turned against us in the future.

I was recruited into the army at the age of 6, although I never did service...but I was treated with the army mentality at the age of 6 of no friends etc.
