Pretty animals, but having wrecked two cars over the last few year, I hate the little bastards.

The highways here are littered with dear deer, sometimes right in the middle of the road.

Both your collisions White-Tailed deer? I took out a Mule doe going south coming out of Colville Washington many moons ago. I can still hear her hooves dragging on the pavement. 74 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4, 220# custom channel iron bumper with guards along with an 8000 # Warn winch. Zero damage to the Chevy 4x4 but I never forgot the doe , or what was left of her. We lose a LOT of White-Tailed does on I-395 between north Spokane & the town of Deer Park, actually all way north a couple/three miles past Deer Lake then it's all the gigantic Mule deer all the way to the U.S./Canadian border.

The coyotes were bad enough(fawn killers) now the gawdamed wolves have moved into my area & between the two my/our White-Tailed deer have fled the immediate area, thanks to a pack of wolves barely a 150 yards behind my back field fence.

We lose an army of White-Tailed deer on I-395 between north Spokane & the town of Deer Park actually all the way up to about 3 miles north of Deer lake, then it's the big Mule deer all the way north to the Canadian border. It's the coyotes & now the increase in wolves;

that are driving the deer across the roads & into the headlights, @ least in my neck of the woods(mostly coyotes). Things were going great until the statist lefties came up with "HEY everybody should have a pack of wolves in their neighborhood to compliment the hundreds of coyotes, like it's DIVERSITY!!!"
