Wait...they said coal was "dead" in the US!!!

I've used both wood and coal for heat, one is far more appreciable in performance than the other ~S~

I've an indoor wood/coal boiler (old school) which is complimented by multiple hydrostats configured to fire zones as the fire rises and falls Rellic.

It gets every last BTU out of anything combustible, and puts less 'products of combustion' into the atmosphere doing so

That said, my state is lousy with green machine 'save the planet' sorts that paint me (as well as many of us here) as evil conspirators killing the planet

My message to them is, You'll get my woodstove when you pry it outta my cold dead hands"

sincerely in my redneck style

I see anti labor is alive and well. The one "you need to work for lower wages so I dont have to pay as much" sentiment.

We only have enough gas and oil to last another 50 years at most, while we have 500 years worth of coal.
