Teargas isn't going to give you kind of fire we saw at Waco. That was the result of gasoline spread around the compound by the Davidians themselves. The spark may have come from ATF actions, but the conflagration would never have occurred without the people inside providing the fuel. The deaths were due to suicide and the murder of their own children.
