Name the Blue areas where society has improved rather than declined. SanFrancisco? LosAngeles? Chicago? Baltimore? St.louis? Detroit?

North Carolina has ALWAYS been a battleground state just like Florida. Nothing new there...North Carolina has more blue cities than Georgia and yet went red in 2016 by a comfortable margin.
