Logical fallacy. A negative cannot be proven. If you think voter fraud is swinging elections you better bring some evidence to the table.

The person in the OP voted two times. There is no evidence that extra vote swung any election. Therefore, executing that person would be overkill.

We now have some court documented facts documenting election fraud as recently as the past November's election. dozens of such cases have been documented recently that you conveniently ignore or brush off with "How would voter ID have prevented that?"
